South Lake Park Avenue

Looking for roommate starting now until June 15, with possibility of extending lease afterward. Three-story townhouse is located only five minutes from the lake and has a balcony, rooftop terrace, and small front yard. You would have your own bedroom, bathroom, and office space. I still haven’t repainted these rooms (or removed those ridiculous pink stickers lol) since I moved in, so I will gladly pay for however you want to redecorate them. Bedroom is furnished with queen size bed, nightstand, and bookshelf, but I can easily put these in storage if you have your own stuff. I also have a double garage – though one half is currently filled with my planting station, but I could move that around if you need a covered spot.

I’m a 34f professor who loves to read, knit, garden, and play video games. I’m very laid-back and mostly work from home these days. I have a high-energy, 70 lb dog named Boomer, who is a total snuggle bug. She is picky about which dogs she likes, but if she meets them first and gets along then another dog is possible. No cats, sorry – she wants to eat them! I’m also disabled/chronically ill, so I would need a roommate who is willing to take precautions in the house if they have engaged in non-Covid-safe activities. Prefer to live with other LGBTQI+ folks. Also prefer roomies closer in age (28+). No TERFs or cops.
