This apartment has a washer and dryer. Balcony and pool access. Unfortunately, no pets via the lease. Close to grocery stores and department stores. 20 min from downtown. A $50 down payment is required for this private room. I am more than glad to answer any questions about this property if you are interested. I am open to either a month to month lease, or a 8 month lease, with option to extend if it’s a fit! Willing to negotiate.

I am a medical student, and I am looking for a female roommate (students are welcomed) for at least a month to 8 months. I have lived here for 2 years and I am very reliable. I would describe myself as an ambivert. I am respectable and I am most likely studying or traveling for school if I’m not out with friends or sleeping. I don’t party unless it’s my birthday or holiday. I’m clean and organized and easy to get along with. Responsible and always pay my bills on time. We can definitely be friends or just roommates.
