1924 Craftsman in Saint Paul, Highland Park Neighborhood. Close to Grocery store and Freeway. Shower is on the main house level and is shared among all of us. (See pics with colorful shower curtain.) Tenant would have full use of kitchen and den in the basement. laundry facility is in the basement. (See pics) Storage space available in the garage and in the basement. Bedroom has a furnace, that is controlled from the main house thermostat. Window Fan and A/C unit provided. Small humidifier is provided for the dry winters. Off street parking available for one vehicle. Garage parking space for motorcycle/scooter Room is fully furnished. Room Does not have a TV. We are a busy mama kiddo duo with two small dogs. We’re originally from California, and have lived here in Saint Paul for the past two years. Mama splits her time between working from home and at United Hospital. Kiddo (5yo) goes to a neighborhood school and is home in the early evening on weekdays. We are up and out of the house by 8:15am most weekdays. We are usually winding down and heading for bed around 8ish. Weekends we like to hang out around the house and go on many adventures near and far. We love our pets, but do not have capacity for any additional furry friends.
