The unit is a part of the Liberty Harbor group in their Zenith. It is a spacious 2 bedroom, 2 full bathroom duplex with an in unit washer/dryer. The building has a gym and the complex across the street has a large pool that residents can use. It is located by the light rail, a 10 minute walk from the path station, and is situated by the waterfront. There is parking available ($175 a month for street or $250 a month for indoor assigned). Residents also get 10% off Bier Garten which is a fun perk! The lease starts 9/1 and is a 12 month lease.

My name is Cristina and I am 23 years old. I am from New Hampshire (though I lived in the northern New Jersey area until I was 14) and recently graduated from The University of Vermont. I have been living in JC and working in HR technology at JP Morgan for just under one year. I have lived with roommates all throughout my time away at college and have had great experiences! My current roommate and I got along super well, but sadly sh is looking to buy so she is moving out. I am clean/organized, respectful, and friendly. I love going to the gym and going out with my friends! I am hoping to find someone with similar traits as me to take over the second spot in the great apartment I found!
