This is a luxury apartment complex. Everything is brand new and high tech throughout the home and property. This complex has a nice gym. I just moved in, and my furniture will arrive in a few days. So the living room will be furnished. You just need stuff for your room and whatever kitchen stuff you want to bring. Must be financial responsible and be able to pay rent on the 1st without exception. This is a non-smoking complex, so if you want to smoke, you need to walk outside the main gates where they have a smoking area. I am looking for someone who is skilled at resolving any issue diplomatically.

I am a 53 yro single straight white male. I work in the IT industry from home. I have a small office in my room where I work from. I am laid back. I need to get up at 5 every day, so I go to bed early around 9. I look at this home as a quiet retreat. We should be midful of excessive noise like loud TV, music, or loud phone conversations. I run a meetup group and organize activities as a hobby. I enjoy hiking and target shooting on a regular basis. I am overeducated and underpaid, haha… I have had 2 roomates here before when I last lived here 2.5 years ago, and we didn’t have any issues.
