Room is furnished, all utilities included, wifi, community pool in a safe gated community. 4 bedroom house occupied by 2 female business professional. It is a very quiet house and clean. Common areas are fully furnished, living room and kitchen are cleaned every day as used. There is a 2 car garage, washer and dryer for all tenants on the second floor. It’s a four bedroom house and at this time is just me and my teenage daughter. We are very Clean, quiet and respectful.
