Huge room upstairs, has dresser and huge closet. Located about 19 miles out of town (Yakima) quiet, and peaceful, surrounded by pear orchard. No pets, because we already have 4 dogs and can’t have anymore. So must be a dog person. Rent includes, water, sewer, garbage and wifi. No onsite laundry. Everyone pitches in for furnace oil and wood for winter. Your own radiator heater is good for winter but has to be radiator heater, no blow heaters!!! It’s too much on the electrical. Please feel free to ask any questions you may have.

My adult son lives upstairs and is home 1 or 2 days a week. He drives semi. I am on disability I’m 53 years old and stay to myself downstairs. The other roomie is a young gal quiet, polite and keeps to herself.
