About the room
We live in a beautiful community named Harveston that includes a lake, paddle boats, fishing, convenience store and much more. We have almost any store that you can think of very close by. The room is spacious and clean (UPSTAIRS)! The bathroom will be shared with our daughter. A $750 deposit, background check, proof of identity and proof of income is REQUIRED. Water, electricity, trash, internet, washer & dryer are included in the monthly rent price.
