West Raye Street

I am looking for a roommate to share a 2 bedroom/ 1 bathroom located in the Interbay Neighborhood of Seattle. This room will be unfurnished and is in a wonderful neighborhood with great neighbors! There is garage parking and plenty of street parking available. Apartment amenities include in-unit laundry, parking garage, and AC. The common areas (Kitchen and Living Room) will be furnished.

I’m on a month-to-month lease hoping to find a roommate for 6 to 12 months.

I am Seattle Native (mid to late 20’s) and currently work at a tech company on a hybrid model (couple days in the office/ home). I am not much of a night life person, but enjoy the occasional happy hour and sipping on wine. I enjoying staying active by playing Pickleball, Running, and Crossfit. I would describe myself as someone who enjoys spending time with friends and meeting people, but enjoy my alone time.

I work Monday to Friday and hoping to look for someone who respects quiet hours and keep common areas clean (kitchen, living room).
