Lauren's room

There is a fenced yard and plenty of room for storage. The whole loft would be practically yours along with the upstairs bathroom/storage closet. The office is adjacent to your room with more than enough room for a second desk/workspace/closet. The house is essentially furnished minus the spare room, loft, and upstairs closet. There is also plenty of space for additional furnishings though, because my fiancé does have half of what we own (lol).

Two cars can fit in the garage and if you prefer, the driveway is also a safe parking spot. It is a quiet, friendly, safe, and family oriented neighborhood that is minutes from Vidant/ECU Health, and maybe 12 minutes from uptown. The lease is currently month to month and I will be moving out come the end of next may to live with my fiancé.

I am a nursing student who had her roommate bail out last minute due to financial reasons and with the rental market the way it is currently, I’d prefer to keep this house because it really is an amazing place.

As for myself I’m pretty chill, clean, and keep to myself mostly but would like to know who I am living with and be able to at least make small talk with lol. I am originally from california and so I do love the mountains/outdoors. Overall I’m very friendly and respectful. I have a dog who is beyond house trained and is registered through the VA as my support animal who has been with me since I was active duty in the military. I spend most of my time studying, hiking, or visiting my fiancé who is no longer living in town with me due to work/current school reasons.
