Private or shared bathroom, ample parking, laundry service, beautiful outdoor covered patio and outdoor kitchen with fire pit available for use. Roommate must be clean. Room can be rented furnished or unfurnished upon request. Some utilities are included. No smoking, drugs, pets, loud music, or drama. Background check and employment verification / income verification required.
