3 bedroom 2 bath house. Private room and bath. It’s was completely remodeled back in December. Everything from the windows, floors, countertops to fixtures is new in the house. Washer and dryer available as well and everything you need to cook with. My favorite part is my half acre fenced in backyard and porch.

I am a 34 Navy veteran business owner. Running my own business i am gone a lot from the house. I am very easy to get along with. I have a son that lives in South Carolina with his mom but comes to stay with me from time to time. He is a great kid and is very well mannered and quite. i have a dog and sweet pet ducks in the back yard! No Addicts of any type please. possibility of a guy but I would prefer a woman because i just get along better with them. I have had some bad experiences with guys being messy and trying to act like they are the “man” of the house. Just want a caring person like myself to share my house with. I don’t want to feel like i have to walk on eggshells in my own house. God Bless!
