Lakeside Drive

Close walk to Midtown/Virginia Lake. Spacious master bedroom with walk-in closet. All utilities including WiFi in price. Shared bathroom but always kept clean. I also don’t have much things and like to stay minimalist so most of the bathroom is yours. Looking to get more pot and pans and coffee cups. Beside that it’s stocked up. Parking sucks a tad but luckily you get a private space. Although the place is not bad I have lived here for many years and would want longterm roommate(s) that wants to eventually move and upgrade to something with more amenities.

I’m a laid-back very respectful clean trans male. 29. Chef/Nanny with other side hustles. I have a cat but she is super friendly and doesn’t shed much. The litter box is cleaned daily and you wouldnt even know where it is because its a incognito one. Prefer students or professionals around my age. I’m a medical marijuana patient but can take my meds outside if needed. I love to hike, camp, shoot hoops, and fish. When I’m home I just like to hang with my cat and watch older movies or listen to music. I wear headphones a lot so I’m not loud when playing music. The other roomie is Manda. They go by they/them tho. They are a dispensary manager. Very friendly and no pets or kids.
