Double windows and 130 square feet plus the closet. Roomy living-room, dining and kitchen, all shared. You will have your own 10-ish cubic foot fridge in the kitchen. Spacious backyard that needs some work (we basically just mow it) but if you have a gardening hobby I’m happy to pitch in for materials to beautiful the space. Walking distance to LBA park. Very low-crime neighborhood.

You would be living with me and my four children. Myself and my 11 year old daughter and 16 month old son share one room. My 14 year old son and 8 year old son share the third bedroom. You will have the master (it’s on the same side of the hallway as the bathroom, but doesn’t have a door into it.)

Utilities will be “per person,” and a percentage of the actual bill that comes to the house for water, power, garbage. We are frugal and take 10 minute showers, keep garbage to a minimum and heat below 68. No internet, sorry. One person would pay 1/6 of each bill. Two people would pay 2/7ths etc. If you have a boy in the age range of my boys he can share their room for $200/month. We homeschool.

No month-to-month lease, six months minimum. However if your plans change and you need to move I’ve always been very flexible. Background check through turbo tenant so your private info stays secure.

No alcohol, no drugs , no smoking, and no guests. These are rules we both observe on the premises at all times for the kids safety. My father occasionally helps with repairs and updates around the home, but does not stay to socialize. An exception can be made for a steady boyfriend if it’s someone we all feel comfortable with.
