Hello! I am a new homeowner looking to rent out my second room in my condo. You will have your own room as well as your own newly renovated bathroom. The whole condo has been newly renovated and is very clean. There is a washer and dryer in the unit! Unit is close to the library, shopping, and I - 270.

I am a young professional and first time homeowner. I primarily work from home and do plan on getting a dog to keep us company! I am very neat and quiet, but I would love to get to know you and hopefully add one more person to my friend group. In my free time, I like to read, do yoga, play games, and go for hikes!
