Josh's room

This is a fully furnished room with a Queen Sized Bed and all bedding included. A four drawer dresser, end table with lamp, a desk. Wi-fi internet access, power, water, and garbage is all included in the rent. The house is located on 9th Street on the desirable south slope of Astoria. Walking distance to Peter Pan Market and Deli, City Parks, Astoria Column, and Clatsop Community College. The home also features a shared bathroom with shower and toilet. Livingroom area with TV and streaming networks, Dining Room, and washer and dryer on site, enclosed backyard. On street parking. I’ll post some pictures of the room soon.

I am the only resident in the home. I am 42 y/o married male who lives in Astoria during the week and I go home to family in the Portland Metro area on the weekends. I am a military veteran with strong ties to the community and I am always busy helping with different community events and things related to serving those who spent time in our Armed Forces.
