Room for rent in Atlanta. Near The Battery and the Braves Stadium. Currently renting a 2bd/1bth apartment. Looking for a female roomate to move into the second large bedroom in the apartment by the end of August. Bathroom would be shared, but it is a large bathroom that comes with two showers and a vanity.

• Second large bedroom comes with a walk-in closet.
• Apartment comes with a small balcony overlooking the forest leading to the Chattahoochee river.
• Apartment comes with an in-unit washer and dryer as well as a dishwasher.
• Rent: $900/month, includes utilities (including WiFi)

Management requires a background and credit check, which will be a one time application fee of $125

Looking for someone:

• Quiet, Friendly, and Clean
• No Smoking or Drugs. Social Drinking is fine.
• Must be okay with a cat She is very friendly and loving towards everyone. (Picture of her added to the listing. Her name is Wanda 🙂 )
• Company limited to 2 nights stay per apartment management
• Not a party place, but having a couple friends over is fine

• Bonus points if you are into anything Marvel, Star Wars, and DC*

Minimum 3 Months Lease (the lease is up in March 2023)

I live here along with my cat, Wanda. We are quiet, but friendly. I’m open to being friends with my roomate, especially if you’re nerdy like me. The property and its people are relatively quiet.
