Hi, We have a small room with its own entrance/stoop available in our 4 bedroom home in downtown SB, three blocks from The Public Market. If this posting is up, the room remains available.

The room is $1125/month with $800 in security deposit, with some flexibility around when full payment of deposit is expected. Bills are around $100/month.

The house has spacious common areas, a cute back patio and little garden area, with persimmon, Meyer lemon, and pear trees, as well as grapes, that fruit well around the small property.

We all enjoy cooking, so there are two refrigerators, as well as a little drink fridge, a gas range/oven, and ample counter space in the kitchen.

You would share one and a half bathrooms with 2 other people. There is a newer model washer & dryer in the back of the house.

We like to keep a tidy, clean, respectful, and communicative vibe around the house, and are looking for the same in a housemate.

We will most likely rent the room to a femme/female to bring a more gender-balanced feel to the house.
