Looking for a single roommate (no couples) for my 2800 sq ft 2 story home with a pool. I have two other roommates, however one is an out of state full time college student that’s only home on holidays, some weekends and the summer, as well as a friendly house cat. We frown on wild parties, over night guests, extended day guests, smoking, drugs, drinking, etc. Honesty is a must, cleanliness is a plus! Bedroom (10.5’ x 11.0’) is semi*furnished with dresser, desk w/chair, No bed (if you do not have your own bed I will provide an Ikea platform twin bed (in storage) with a mattress (as shown in pictures). Bedroom is upstairs. Freshly painted 5/26/2024 and new light gray carpet installed 5/28/2024. You will share a bathroom with college student when home. There is a jogging trail, basketball & tennis courts less than 1 block away. Nice quiet neighborhood.
