Becka's room

I have a room to rent in our 4 bedroom home near 52nd and Sheridan. I do not know why the map below shows us down by 285 and Sheridan, shrugs. The bedrooms are large and it has central air conditioning. Rent covers wifi and all utilities. We have a bed and some furniture in the room if you want to use ours, if not we will take it out. We are very close to all the highways, right by Regis University and a bus stop literally right outside our door.

It is my two adult sons and myself plus our so’s that live here, our friend that rented the room has gone to take care of his grandmother leaving us with a room to fill. We have 1 dog and 1 kitten and that is all that is allowed, so sorry no pets. We are 420 friendly, I try to keep the house neat all the time and it is very clean, we are laid back easy going people we are looking for the right fit to join us.
