We are looking for 1 roommate! Ready to be moved in on April 1st. NOT PET FRIENDLY
The downstairs room is 11 x 11 with a shared bathroom with one of the guys. The house is 2 stories. The front living space and the dining space are shown in the photos. No couples sorry.
The house is within 1.5 miles of Waterford Lakes Shopping Center and approx. 5 miles from UCF (approx. 15 minutes commute). This is a non gated community. The houses in the area are single family homes. Downstairs room rent $600 per month + $70 to $100 for utilities and internet. Monthly total expected around $700.
A security deposit of $800 is required.
We work 24+ hours a week and go to school. Not 420 friendly. 1AM is usually the latest the house will be up on any given night. We are not party people.
