House, 3bed rooms, 2 bathrooms master bed bath has double wide jacuzzi that guests can use, other bathroom has bath-tube shower, gally size kitchen that can be shared, fire place in the living room , that can be shared to watch TV or entertain, elegant dining room area with table and chairs. Privet backyard to enjoy. Wash machine and dryer in laundry room that can be shared. Private parking in driveway with lots of space. House is on cul-de-sac on Hilltop area 1 mile away from Arkansas State subdivision is cross the street from new Baptist Hospital on Johnson Avenue. I am a 66 year old man, and live alone. I have two kids that are grown and married and have four grandkids from them and they live in different states. I also have a big dog.In case that would be a problem for any one interested in the rooms the dog is inside dog.

I am a single male, I own the property, along with the bank, lol. I’m 66yr old retired white male, I am the only occupant of the house at this time, I’m on a fixed income and want to supplement my income by renting out the rooms that are just empty space to me now, I am kind , friendly, and open minded, but I don’t drink or use drugs! And will not allow it in the house. Also no smoking unless you go outside. I attend church often. I am a Christian, if that will offend anyone, then this is not where you will want to live. I have a quiet life at present. Everything is open for discussion upon interviews, for me and my life. I have lived at this house for 20yrs now, in case you’re concerned about my stability.
