Fully furnished bedroom with bathroom across the hall–shared with one other person. The bathroom has double sinks and drawers, so you would have your own space. All bedrooms have electronic passcode secure entry. Bedroom includes a double bed, dresser, desk, side table, and lamp. The bed, side table, and dresser were purchased within the last 4 years. Access to the entire house, except homeowner’s bedroom and offices. This includes a loft area, pool table, kitchen, living room, and backyard/patio. Designated pantry space and fridge space. You are also welcome to bring your own mini-fridge. The bedroom is upstairs in a hallway separate from homeowner’s sleeping area. Utilities included in rent. This is a 6 month lease to start, with the possibility to renew if all parties agree. No pets or smoking. Available April 1st.

My husband and I are both high school teachers. We keep a tidy house, but definitely not immaculate. Our shared hobbies include camping, going to concerts, gardening, and tabletop games. He loves football and pretty much all sports. I love books and making cosplay. We are nerds in all the best ways (we speak geek). We are busy and fairly quiet, unless it’s game night or our adult children are visiting for dinner. We will always inform you when those things are happening. We have two small dogs, who are super friendly.
