North Orchard Drive

There are three floors.

Bottom floor: Flex room. Will most likely be used as an office, and I may put a treadmill and/or some weights there. 283 square feet.

Middle floor: Kitchen and living space. Kitchen has a semi island/peninsula, oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge, and gas stove. Also included on this floor is a half bathroom. 697 square feet.

Top floor: Three bedrooms. Two full bathrooms, one being in the master bedroom and the other shared by the tenants occupying the other two bedrooms. Laundry closet. 642 s square feet.

Located on the east side of North Salt Lake, this townhome is in a highly desired area and minutes away from I-15. Great location for commuters heading both directions.

I will be moving in at the beginning of September, alone, and looking for two roommates. I am looking for people who will pay their rent on time, respect the home, and respect the others living in the home.

I do not mind whatever kinds of music/activities/things you’re into, as long as you pay your rent and respect the home and others living in it.

If we are much alike and end up becoming friends, great! If not, and all we are is roommates and you pay your rent, that’s totally fine too.
