1 Bedroom available in a 2BR / 1 Bath gated House with (no adjoining walls, floors, or ceilings). 1001 square feet. Located in SPORTS ARENA. Just over the bridges. Close to everything to include OB, MB, and PB but with way less traffic and better parking.

Available to move in September 1st

Full sized washer and dryer and dishwasher in home. No smoking inside.

Owner pays for water, sewer, garbage, and propane. We pay for gas, electricity, and internet. This usually runs around $100 a month each.

Landscaping performed approximately every 3 weeks in the rainy season.

PARKING: Street parking, with plenty of street parking on the cul de sac.

Living area is furnished.

Shared outside storage, gas grill, fire pit. Owner pays for propane.

PETS: No pets. Already a dog on the premises. Must like dogs. RENT: $2950 so your half is $1475. SECURITY DEPOSIT: $1000.

LEASE TERMS: Prefer longer term but open to month to month on a case-by-case basis as long as you are upfront and give ample heads up if moving.

Looking for a working professional. Clean with stable income. One person please.
