Available bedroom in a 3 bedroom, 1.5 bathroom townhouse. Very cheap $500 rent plus utilities. Super convenient location just southwest of campus. Downstairs is well air-conditioned and they are in the process of installing a washer/dryer in the unit. All three bedrooms are upstairs and are small but what do you expect. Open to all genders but we will all have to share a bathroom.

We are 25 and 26 year-old men who are both going to be working towards our masters at CSU. I work as a bartender so we are not as covid safe as we could be, if that is an issue. I also have a little cat who is very sweet and good with all animals. We would be happy with one more cat or dog but no more than that. We are both pretty active people and also political (left). Looking to fill the room as soon as possible!
