Beautiful room for rent in a two-bedroom apartment at the Desert Flower Apartment Complex. Nice and shady complex, close to walkways with beautiful views of the mountains. Two trees keep it cooler in the summer, and has two decks on either side of the house to enjoy the milder weather when it comes.
Apartment is kept very clean. 13 year old Golden Aussie sweetheart lives at the apartment. Fully furnished except the room.
Complex has four pools and hot tubs.
LGBT friendly.
Walking distance to: -Manhattan in the Desert -Araby Trail -Chipotle, McDonalds, Coldstone -Jensen’s and Ralphs
About the roomies
You will be replacing me on my lease; I’m not the roommate you will have. Your roommate will be a late-20s guy who works in sales and his sweet and gentle 13-year-old Golden Aussie Dog.
