About the room
Hi, I am looking for a roommate for a 2b2b. The apartment is on 301 King st. and is around 1200sq. ft. My current lease ends in Sept. and I am looking for someone to renew the lease with.
Amenities: 24x7 Gym Basketball Court 5 mins walk to Safeway, 10 mins walk to whole foods. Caltrain and Muni station are almost next to the apartment. Amazon Hub for packages Concierge Garage Parking $350-400/month Street Parking - no idea what the charge is for that.
*Security deposit is based on the credit score of the individual so that would be decided by the Management firm.

About the roomies
The apartment is currently shared by me and one other person. The other person would be moving out. I like to keep the common spaces clean and respect the privacy of the other individual.
