We are renting out the entire top floor of our 3-floor 3 bed/2.5 bath townhouse in Burtonsville, the space is approximately 500sq ft. Very easy access to 29, 95, and the ICC, walking distance to the Castle Road Flash bus stop and Z8 bus stop. This bedroom is large and sunny, and has its own private bathroom and walk-in closet. The house has central heating and cooling, a washer and dryer, full kitchen, and a front patio with seating. Rent is $875 plus 1/4 of electric. All other utilities (water, Fios internet, trash, etc.) are included plus a reserved parking spot in front of the house. We work from home during the day so it must be quiet from 9:00-6:00 Mon - Fri, and quiet after 10 PM Sun - Thurs as a courtesy to our next door neighbor who gets up at 3-4 am for work. No pets, no indoor smoking (outside is fine). Occasional overnight stays are fine but we’re not looking for multiple roommates. No crypto mining, no escort services, no serial killers - the basics.
