This a charming 120 year old building on First Hill. Great walk ability to downtown. Quiet tree lined street. The apartment is fully tastefully furnished. The bedroom for rent has a bay window, closet and queen size bed, plus other furniture you are welcome to use. The bathroom is updated and shared with one other person. The kitchen is fully equipped. No smoking in building. This is a quiet restful roomy apartment.

I am a retired flight attendant who has many activities and is gone often. I enjoy reading when I am home. I have had an airbnb here and it has been a wonderful experience. My landlady no longer wants that business in her building, so I am looking for a person who wants to rent the room which has been used as an airbnb.

The manager lives above me and is a great guy. He will interview any roommate that wants to rent from me. This is a safe and friendly neighborhood. Lots of restaurants with in a few blocks. There is one flight of stairs to reach the apartment. It is a security building. I will furnish everything, just need to bring your clothes and toiletries. Your bedroom has its own heat control, wifi is available and included. The only added expense would be electricity.

This is an ideal situation for someone who works in the city and may travel home or to visit on weekends, or someone who needs a city location to stay when they are in town.

I like living here because I walk to activities, to concerts and theater, to do errands, and have a high quality of life by not being stuck in traffic.
