3 br home with master suite and bath for rent. Quiet street in the Village with great neighbors. Wood grain tile floor throughout the house. I am the first renter since renovation, and everything in the house is essentially new. Floors, walls, paint, cabinets, stove, water filter, etc.

I am a 32 yr old female and have a 14 yr old daughter. I also have a 10 yr old heeler and 3 yr old cat who cause no problems or messes and are a joy to be around. I took a job from out of state with my current roommate, my friend of 10+ years. He found a place that cuts off 2 hrs of commute time each day plus saves some money so he will be moving into his new place around Sept 1. I love this house and would like to stay here for some time so I am searching for a friendly roommate who I can trust around my family. We have a lot of fun around here!
