Ashley's room

Close to Primos train Station. In House washer, dryer and dishwasher, BBQ and Patio out front with a fenced yard. Room needs decorating and 2 closets and part of walk-in closet. Treadmill in the basement along with some other workout equipment. We are clean but not OCD. I am a full-time employee and a student, and our other roommate works full-time. I have a 7-month-old puppy that loves people. We love to cook and usually all contribute towards groceries. Utilities include water, Peco and internet which is also split 3 ways. Rent is $550 and Utilities range from 100-150. The neighborhood is amazing quiet, kids and dogs. There is no mischief. Grocery store and other amenities are walking distance. Both of us are pretty easy going. Looking to move someone in ASAP. This room is available until Feb 2023. If you decide you want to stay longer that is your preference, I may stay also but I cannot afford it alone. Please, only serious inquiries.

I work at a law firm, in center city. I also an in school for law. I like relaxing after a long day, sometimes cooking a meal. I am laid back but fun. Both of us do not drink or do drugs. Our other roommate is a Lead Forman and usually hangs out with his girlfriend at her house. We both like to exercise. We are looking for a woman who is responsible and tidy.
