Great price for the area, clean, low noise in a tucked-away complex with 24-hour access to workout room, hot tub and pool. In the year I have lived here, parking has never been an issue, although for $50, you can get a covered reserved spot, nice for the winter. Single bedroom with two nice closets, and private bathroom. You will have one female roommate. The rest of the apartment is fully furnished, this is an unfurnished room/bath arrangement, with kitchen privileges. Sorry, the only photos I have are with my stuff in there. The closet pictured is the smaller of the two, there is another one that is really huge. Internet/electricity not included in rent, usually runs around $60 for both.

One female roommate, works from home 2 days/week with video meetings, so it’s best if you have a day job, or you will need to stay in your area 9-5 on these days. This lease runs through Dec 9, 2022 and you will have the option to renew at that time. The $160 deposit is the apartment’s fee to add you to the lease.
