Located in Live Oak northeast area of San Antonio. Very easy access to I35 and is surrounded by many places to shop, and enjoy entertainment wise. Such as parks, gyms, movies theaters, and great restaurants and bars. Currently there are two rooms available which can be packaged together if multiple people are interested. All bills are paid including utilities, Wi-Fi, cable, garbage disposal and no hassles with maintenance. The home is spacious with an open floor plan. And has two living room spaces available. There’s bed sets and furniture available if needed. All photos taken currently have a few items that belong to prior renters but will be removed (outside playground and a few particular items in the large living that may stand out). The neighborhood is very friendly, as I’ve lived in this neighborhood off and on for about 15 years. It is a very safe quiet neighborhood.

Currently I live here on my own with my brother moving to Austin permanently in about a week. I am a 36 year old single Hispanic male, who keeps this house fairly clean. I work for HEB warehouse and I’ve been with the company for nearly eleven years. I don’t enjoy anything other than an occasional alcoholic beverage. I don’t mind smokers as long as they use the backyard patio. I am looking to rent both rooms ultimately. And if both rooms are not suitable for one renter, I will sit down with both roommates prior to signing a lease agreement. Lease contract is preferable to a one year agreement. No security deposit required other than first month rent upfront costs. May require a small pet deposit tbd.
