Larry's room

Property: Located on a golf course in Goshen. HOA type neighborhood I feel is very safe. The bedroom is clean, hardwood floors and furnished. Queen size bed with two nightstands and lamp. TV (but no cable unless you get cable). Closet. No chest of drawers unfortunately. Ceiling fan. WiFi is included. There is an inground pool in the back with a deck. Parking is either in the driveway or on the street (when I’m working on my boat). Nice kitchen with eat in bar or also have a dining room. Living room has a fireplace as well. There is a sunroom with a desk for work, study or both. Laundry is in the home. Full size basement but not able to make it a “living space” since there is no door leading outside. quickly as I can.

About me: I am a male that I consider young older 😛 I am a recent widower. I work at a stable job during the day. I enjoy Netflix and other pay movie things I detest huge cable bills LoL My plusses are it takes a lot to annoy me to death. I’m a fantastic cook when meals can be shared (meaning I’ll cook but I’m not paying for it all lol). I use LoL in texts and conversations a lot (that might be a minus). I am an avid gamer (Xbox/PC) and will do that until I die. I drink socially but also will have a drink at night if by myself. I am not an alcoholic, druggie or thief and would like the same. I am pretty easy going.

It’s pretty easy, really. We will know immediately if we would make good roommates or not. But if I have to put it all out there I will. I’d like to avoid young children. I don’t hate them, just past that point in my life. Any age is fine so long as you have a job and pay rent. Any race, religion, creed, color, age, height, weight, smell (ok maybe not that one) is fine in my home just be respectful is all. LGB friendly without a doubt. Just need us to click on some level of respectful co-existence and I’d think we’d do well as roommates. Utilities are included to a point. I mean, I won’t have the AC at 62 in summer and 81 in Winter but it will be comfortable. All I ask is if you leave a room, turn the light off. Cable TV is on you. No section 8’s please.
