Del Playa Drive

This property is one of the best in IV! It has full access to the deck, while the other units have to walk out of their houses to get to the deck, while we have access through our sliding door in the kitchen. We have a walkway right down to the beach 2 houses away. We have a very open living room area, with a big open window. We have a dining room table for dinners, and lots of cabinet space for extra stuff. I loved my room, it had a window with an ocean view, the only one in the house. I lived on the bottom bunk and had 2 other roommates. We have 2 bathrooms that we share with our 4 other housemates. We also have a little park next to our house where you can sit out and tan and do homework.

I loved all my roommates, they were the best. They’re all from southern California, love to go to the beach, party, have movie nights, go out to cute dinners, and love all kinds of music (expect country). All very fun and outgoing, never a dull moment with them. I’m also from southern California, I love going to the beach, surfing, going on hikes, and I love chill sunday’s, but I love mimosa sundays as well. All of my roommates go to UCSB, they had transferred from SBCC. There’s 3 other units in the apartment complex, all will be new people other than our unit, we released.
