Dresser, personal fridge, and coffee maker, etc. Two closets with built-in shelves provide plenty of storage space. Private bathroom with custom vanity and deep, roomy tub. Linens and towels provided. Brand new Hunter Douglas ceiling fans, and top-of-the-line HVAC maintain constant ambient temperature at 78°. Washer and dryer right outside the door, to your own furnished yard space. Garage, or driveway parking. Garage includes additional storage space, and deep freezer. Great secure neighborhood with fantastic walking and bike trails. Community Services District park, with heated pool, free concerts and events, are a leisurely stroll away. A five minute drive to great restaurants, gyms, shopping, movie theater, blue line transit, and highway 50; feels like a world away in this peaceful village suburb! An hour and a half to the mountains or the beach, 25 minutes to Sacramento, 5 mins to Folsom Lake, and 15 mins to historic downtown Folsom; El Dorado Hills is the ideal location. Although our tap water is quite clean, I provide a gallon of crystal clear, distilled drinking water daily, which eliminates the expense of bottled water. 420 friendly. Tobacco use in designated, outdoor areas only. Single occupancy. No overnight guests in room (room available to rent for the occasional family or friend with advance notice). Quiet, peaceful household: No parties. No drama. No excessive alcohol use. No drugs allowed on premises. Internet access and all utilities included. Veterans and retirees welcome! Minimum four week stay. $250.00 per week, due weekly in advance plus security deposit. Note that accommodation is for a single family dwelling lodger and does not include household privileges.
