Just a clean single room in a three bedroom ranch in Aurora. Gay couple owns house and one of us lives there. The other across street in our other house with his sick Dad and another roomie.

Nice back patio with new furniture. Updated kitchen with two refrigerators one is yours alone. Come check it out great location with bus and light rail nearby. King soopers etc. Share home with 2 video producers that work a lot.

Internet and utilities are $100 a month.

There is room on the driveway for one additional vehicle.

We chilly happy people. Male or female are welcome.

We do have a German Shep and a chill kitty so no pets.

We do have a separate 2 bedroom apartment in basement. With its own entrance. We rarely see the tenants.

We share the washer dryer.

I married but live in this house till I get it running on its own… back yard tamed etc. Last renters were awful. I do internet Broadcasting and have a studio in remodeled garage. The other roomie works in corp video… smokes a lot of weed but clean n tidy especially in bath and kitchen.
