South Aleut Way

This property is located off of Victory Rd and South Maple Grove. This townhouse includes 3 bedrooms and 2.5 baths. The room for rent includes a shared bathroom with one of the current tenants and also one window that outlooks the main street. We currently have two cats, one male and one female. We reside in a family community and our neighbors are very quiet. We have a one-car garage, street parking available, and a communal pool!

We are recent Boise State University alumni. One of us works remotely and occasionally in an office. The other is a server downtown. We like to spend communal time together, but we have our separate times. We usually do not have large groups over unless communicated. We love to have fun, bake, and go out downtown sometimes. We’re hoping to find a roomie that fits our same energy!
