Train, taxi and bus terminal all within walking distance.Restaurants, supermarket,laundromat,drycleaners, gas station just a block away. Fully funrished with utilities included and very well maintained. Walking distance to Pace lawschool. Non smoking house. There is no parking on the property but car parking availbility is possible at a nearby location within a block walking distance.
About the roomies
Currently 3 rooms have been rented to long time working professionals, [one female and 2 males] background is tennis coach, law student, and student studying dentistry. This is a non smoking residence. easy to get along room mates, and they respect each others privacy.
