I am 46 years old and work as a teacher. My children are grown with their own homes. I do have friends over; however, I do not do wild parties and will not allow them. I’m quiet, laid back, and easy to get along with. The people here are super nice, quiet and respectful of your space. My place is fully furnished; except room for rent and bathroom.
