My current tenant of almost 3 years will be moving out end of this month (February), due to personal pref to move closer to her job in Addison. The tenant before, stayed here 4 years, she enjoyed it so much. There are 3 bedrooms upstairs (I use one for storage and misc. items). One has a dresser and nightstand in it and the larger room will be completely unfurnished. I also have a 20’ X 17’ bonus/living room up there too. Bathroom has been updated. Clean, quite home and neighborhood. I work from home 80% of the time and do travel for work few times per year. My master suite and office is on the first floor, so, I RARELY go up the stairs. The staircase is right at the front door in my entrance way. $500 deposit before move-in.

I am located 8 blocks West of Historic Mainstreet of Grapevine. Highly sought after location. You can walk to many restaurants, bars, festivals, etc. Nash Farm is one block away. Close to Highway 114 or 121.

About you: You must be employed and able to provide proof of STEADY income. Non-Smoker (not even outside), Drug-Free, Drama free, no pets, no kids (no visiting kids), no overnight guests, quiet, clean and tidy.

WiFi works perfect in this house.

After phone interview, must be able to meet in person for face-to-face interview. I will require rental references and a personal. You must be able to pass a background check.

Locals only I will not accept any cashier’s checks, money orders, etc. to “hold the room”. We must be able to meet in person, if we both pass the phone interview.

Ideal for somebody working for the airlines; I am about 2 miles from DFW Airport.

No riff raff here. I would like this to be atleast one year. I’m pretty easy going and very quiet, esp. since I work from my home office. I DO HAVE CATS, but, they stay downstairs with me nearly 100%. The current tenant likes cats, so one will visit her here and there, mostly when I’m traveling and he’s trying to mooch her for a treat. Both are VERY WELL behaved, perfectly trained. I keep my recently updated kitchen nearly spotless 99% of the time and expect the same. I do cook now and then, so, you may get to try some of my gourmet meals.

If you want/need garage parking, I do have a two car garage and that’s available for an extra $50 per month. Otherwise street parking in this neighborhood is safe (never had a problem in 21+ years). House has new roof, gutters, siding, paint, kitchen backsplash, etc.
