Cedar Grove

It is a duplex house in a cul de sac and all the neighbors are friendly! The house is located off LBJ and Craddock. We also have parking in the driveway and a garage as well. Got a decent sized backyard too. If you’re in school we have a campus shuttle that picks up out front that is convenient. Everything is pretty much furnished except the open room. Rent is about 550 a month and then utilities is extra.

Currently my cousin (he’s a male) is moving in and is an environmental science major. I’m a txst student doing an extended lap for my senior year but will graduate this spring. Then there’s Mr.Biggins an old gentle dog that sleeps all day. I almost never go out to the square so you won’t have to worry about a partier. I like going to the gym, playing my guitar, reading, and going to the river! Looking for someone to move in around the end of the month.
