Hi there! It’s a 2400sq foot 4 bedroom single family home. It has a good sized finished basement. The house has 3 bathrooms. 2 full and one half.

There is a lots of space inside and outside the house with a grill and a backyard. This house stays very clean and has really nice natural light. The Kitchen includes an island, brand new dishwasher, large fridge and freezer.

Basement includes brand new washer and dryer. We have a front yard and backyard. Its comes with a secluded private driveway and parking.

Good sized bedroom with closet. Comes completely furnished if requested. It stays warm in the winter and comes with an AC unit included and has a ceiling fan. There will only be 3 of us here in total so you will get a 1/2 bathroom all to yourself.

Includes 1 private parking space, along with 1 to 2 times a month professional cleaning services for the entire house including the your room.

No cigarette smokers. Must be full time professional. Must be willing to provide references.

Currently there are two of us here. We are both work from home professionals.

I like to spend my free time cooking, watching movies and playing music. The other roommate likes to play video games, in his free time and working on his car. He will travel for about half the year on and off to California.

We are both quiet clean and very respectful. This is a stress free household that is kept always in good condition and clean. We are looking for someone to continue this trend.

Its a quiet neighborhood and nice area. Pretty standard during the week as we both work 9 to 5 jobs.
