Spacious room in a big beautiful house. The room has high ceilings and roomy closet. Private bathroom is across the hall. This room is on the main floor of the house. The other renters live upstairs and share their own bathroom.

-Rent is $800 total. This includes all utilities and internet. -Looking for a lease until the next summer. 10 or 12 months.

The house is owner occupied and well cared for. The house has a lot of character and charm. Very welcoming spaces to relax. Large shared kitchen is completely set up with dishes and cookware. Deck in the backyard overlooks a beautiful garden and pond with goldfish.

There is a very friendly cat that rules the household. He will definitely want to get to know you.

This is an owner occupied house. I lived in my house for many years and take very good care of it. I’m looking for someone who will love my house and care for my space. I travel during the winter for 6 to 8 months. So trustworthy and responsible are a must. There are three professional women who live upstairs and share a bathroom. They are all in their mid to late twenties.
