Great for a quiet, clean, nice place to live with people who are low key and do their own thing. We only select considerate adults who are respectful of each other, your room and the house. Two other roomies are a male nursing student at UMMC and a bio student. Guests are OK along with responsible alcohol use. Inviting randoms to hang / loud, late night parties / etc are not the style of this place, won’t be a good fit, and will be early terminated. Smoking / vaping (of all kinds) must be outside (private deck OK). Not for subleasing.
