We’re looking for a roommate to join us in our five-bedroom house in the St. Johns area near the University of Portland. The house is a split-level house with two bedrooms downstairs and three bedrooms upstairs (there’s a TON of common space). The private bedroom available is on the main floor for $699/month. The bathroom for this bedroom is shared with only one other roommate. Utilities are split among the roommates equally.
We live in a quiet, family-friendly area right next to a park. There are coffee shops, bars, restaurants, and grocery stores within walking distance.

We’re all in our mid-twenties and moved here from Massachusetts two years ago. Three of us are in an indie rock band together, so we stay pretty busy on the weekends.
