Aden's room

Hello my name is Aden This is 1728 square feet house. The master bedroom has one queen size bed with a Tempur-pedic mattress, small sofa, walking closet, window room for it’s own patio located on the 2nd floor. Room has a master bathroom bath tub and a shower. The living room is located downstairs with wood floors equipped with full sized kitchen and Dining room. There is half a bathroom located downstairs as well. The house is equipped with a spacious back yard as well as brand new deck. In the front is a gorgeous patio area with a hammock swing good for relaxing. This room would be a good fit for working professionals, parson’s that work a lot and for a person that are extremely clean. This room would not work well for a person who is loud and not clean! Keep in mind you will be sharing living room and kitchen with me and my golden doodle( dog) Person must provide laundry detergent.

This property has been on Airbnb now I have decided to rent each room. Eventually there will be other tenants to occupied the other 2 rooms. So you must be ok with living with other people
