This room is in a peaceful and quite home. Near Lake Lanier beaches, fishing, boating and resort nearby. It has many community amenities. Excellent location. The room is fully furnished. There is a large kitchen, Large laundry room with a washer and dryer, living room, dining room, shared full bathroom. and half bathroom. Bathroom is shared with others. A cleaning service (add $35) and lawn service comes twice a month. There is a community swimming pool, tennis courts and club house. Nearby, is a swimming beach, picnic area. canoeing, fishing, camping and boating. All with in less than 5 minutes away. Shoal Creek Campground, beach, picnic area, fishing dock and boat launch. A convenience gas station store is very close to the community. Lake Lanier resort is a few more minutes’ drive from the home where there are many activities.

You will love this place. Guaranteed It is quit, clean and peaceful neighborhood. The home is on the highest point in the community. This makes the view spectacular.
