I have a rent for rent in my 2/2 condo in South Asheville! The condo is located in a quiet complex, very close to the Biltmore Park shopping area (less than 8 miles to the heart of downtown, less than 5 miles to the airport, and less than 2 miles to the Blue Ridge Parkway!).

The basics: *$900/month utilities included *First and last months rent at lease start *6 month lease *Lease start ~1/1/23 *Private bed & bath *Shared living spaces (already furnished) *Parking included *Unfortunately, NO ADDITIONAL PETS. I have 1 cat and 1 dog already live in the unit and this is the maximum allowable in my community *Gluten free kitchen

The roommate I am looking for might look like: ✅Also being gluten free would be absolutely amazing! ✅A young professional ✅A female, or who identifies as female ✅Someone who is clean, organized, respectful of the common space, and easy to get along with ✅ Has a love for animals! My dog and cat are very, very well behaved. I want someone who likes animals and would love mine like their own. ✅Someone who limits use of incense or super strong smells, I have allergies 🤧😬 ✅Someone who is FUN!

What I will not accept in my home: ❌420 or 🚬 ❌Someone who does business from the home. Work for home is 💯 ok - but no baked good sales, drug sales, etc. from the home ❌Couples - glad to rent to someone with a significant other, but within boundaries ❌Racism, sexism, elitist, homophobic, COVID-conspiracist, etc.
